Book a convenient pickup time through our simple online system. A Sud City Laundry team member will come directly to your home or office to collect your laundry at a time that works for you.
We sort every load by color and fabric type to protect your garments. Any stains are pre-treated with premium solutions to restore your clothes to their best condition.
Your laundry is washed and dried using brand-new Huebsch machines, all equipped with high-capacity 45# dryers for faster drying. We handle each item with the same care we would our own.
Everything is folded with precision and packed neatly. Your fresh, clean laundry is delivered back to your door — ready to wear, ready to go.

We never use gig workers for any portion of our process. The pickup and delivery drivers, Laundry Pros, and our customer service team are all full-time, vetted, insured, trusted employees of Sud City Laundry. Which means that we can provide a consistent, high-quality service to you every time.
Your laundry is processed at our facility using only top of the industry commercial equipment. This equipment is designed to clean your garments in a way that preserves the longevity of your clothes while also providing a cleaner garment than a residential washer.
Our Wash, Dry, and Fold service is our most popular service. This is when we wash and dry your laundry order. Then, return your items individually folded or hung based on your preferences and organized by family members to the best of our ability.
At this time, we do not offer dry cleaning.

When placing an order, Sud City Laundry Pros give you 3 detergent options:
If you choose premium-scented or hypoallergenic, we will use a top-rated premium brand detergent. If you choose “provide your own,” please include your detergent with your pickup. Your Laundry Pro will use your detergent and return any unused detergent to you.
Fabric softener is optional without an additional fee. When giving your preferences, you will be asked if it is acceptable to use fabric softener on your order. Simply select “yes” or “no” and we will do exactly that. All Hypoallergenic Fabric Softener is also available.
Color-safe bleach, also known as non-chlorine or oxygen bleach, is a cleaning agent that brightens and removes stains from washable fabrics without containing chlorine, which can damage colored dyes. While we can’t ensure that it will remove all stains, it will help provide a much cleaner garment while extending the garment’s longevity.
Sud City Laundry Pros launder clothes in cold water, as recommended by laundry experts. However, if you want them to launder in hot water simply request it in “additional instructions” and they’ll accommodate you.
Slow and low—Sud City Laundry Pros dry on low heat; never high heat. This increases the longevity of your garments and reduces the likelihood of shrinking.
If you would like any items to be hung up rather than folded, we would be happy to accommodate you. Simply state which types of items you would like to have hung up on a hanger in your order preference notes.
We recommend that you provide your own hangers with your laundry at pickup. This will allow you to avoid purchasing hangers. Each hanger is $0.23 plus any applicable tax.
Sud City’s Laundry Pros have a whole list of laundry products at their disposal to provide the highest quality of care to your laundry. We can use different detergents, fabric softener, bleach, color-safe bleach, dryer sheets, and more! Simply request these products with your order. Additionally, you can include any laundry products you want to use with your service and your Sud City Laundry Pro will use what you provide, as per your instructions, and return what is not used to you. There is no additional charge for using your products.
Sud City’s Laundry Pros try their best to pack laundry by family member and item type, so it’s easy for you to put your laundry away. Feel free to include any special requests in “additional instructions” and/or message your Laundry Pro.
Our Wash, Dry, Fold (6 hour turnaround) laundry service is $1.99/LB. No pickup and delivery fee, no hidden fees, no “surge” pricing. Ever.
There’s no per-bag charge; you are charged per pound of laundry. The number of bags you provide does not change the per pound price. In fact, smaller bags are better for Laundry Pros to carry!
We’re commonly asked, “How much is a pound of laundry anyway??” Well, the easiest way that we have found is to imagine a standard kitchen (13-gallon) trash bag of laundry. On average, that will be approximately 15 pounds of laundry.
If you like to be more precise, simply weigh your laundry using a bathroom scale. First weigh yourself. Then weigh yourself holding each bag of laundry. Subtract one from the other and this will give you the weight of your laundry. Most households send 20-60 pounds of laundry per week.

We are a professional laundry service and can accept nearly any sized item.
Oversized items, like comforters, are charged by the piece rather than pound. An oversized item is one that requires its own wash/dry cycle in a standard sized residential washer/dryer.
The minimum order size is 15 pounds.
After your laundry is washed, dried, folded, packed, and weighed, your credit/debit card will be charged for your service, and you’ll be sent a receipt via text and/or email.

Surge pricing
Nope! You are using a professional laundry service, not gig workers doing this out of their house. We have full-time staff available to care for your needs using top of the industry, commercial machinery.
Missed pickup fee
A $10 fee is applied if your Laundry Pro arrives for pickup, but your laundry is not at the designated pickup location. Unfortunately, we couldn’t remove this fee. This is to ensure that our routes are optimized to provide the highest quality of service to our customers.
Smoke damaged/Heavily Soiled Charge
A $1.41/LB charge may be added for any items that have smoke damage or are heavily soiled. This is rare and we will do our best to confirm the fee with you prior to processing your order to avoid a surprise charge.
You are able to select your preferred pickup and drop off times when you place your order. If you would like a pickup or drop off time not listed, please give us a call at (817) 941-8271 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
You can put your laundry out for pickup in any container you want; disposable bags, reusable fabric bags, or your hamper. Most people use disposable bags, but if you use reusable fabric bags your Laundry Pro will return it to you laundered.
The laundry service that your Sud City Laundry Pro provides includes free pickup and delivery.
Sud City Laundry Pros service hotel guests. The service provided and the ordering process is the same as if you were ordering from your home.

Sud City Laundry Pros will launder anything that can be laundered in a commercial washer and dryer. Sud City Laundry Pros can accommodate extra-large items, like king comforters thanks to our commercial facility with plenty of high-capacity washers and dryers.
Sud City Laundry Pros do not service unsafe or unsanitary laundry. Before you place an order, you will be asked to certify that your laundry:
